Payment Terms
We offer payment options of:
COD
Credit Card
Net 30, with approved credit
Floorplan-90 days Free Flooring through CHSPI (Capital Solutions for the Home Product Industry)
Floorplan-60 Days Free Floor through Textron Financial


Freight
We ship most items via UPS ground service. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available upon request. Heavier items will ship via common carrier.

Orders of $1000 or more with TV’s no larger than 32” receive Pre-Paid Freight. Orders between $1000 and $5000 with TV’s larger than 32” or HTIB Systems will be charged $40 freight per TV or HTIB System. Orders of $5000 or more receive Pre-Paid freight

Order Processing & Delivery Time
Digital Sales Distribution accepts orders by company purchase order. We will ship orders received before 2:00 P.M. (Central Standard Time) the same day, limited to stock on hand and approval by our credit department. We will ship all backorders and special orders, as product becomes available.

Claims & Shipping Discrepancies
Claims due to any cause must be made within five (5) days from receipt of goods. Examples are DOA’s, Freight Damage, etc.

We want to assure you of the best possible service and although we take the utmost care in being sure we fill your order accurately, if after receipt and inspection of your order a shipping error or discrepancy is discovered please contact us and we will correct the problem immediately. Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of order with any shipping errors or discrepancies.

 

Refused Orders & Stock Returns
A 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges will be applied to the return of refused orders. However, if you would like to request an R.A. to return a product for credit all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be unopened.
2. The item must have been purchased within the past 30 days.
3. A copy of your original invoice must be provided with the return.
4. The product must be current (not discontinued) product.

If the above conditions are met Digital Sales Distribution will accept the product for return and will issue a credit to your account less a 15% restocking fee.

 

Defectives & Return Authentications (RA’s)
Before returning any product to Digital Sales Distribution you must call 913-495-2515 or toll free 1-800-806-0558 for an R.A. Number. R.A. Numbers are valid for 30 days only. We will accept no returns without a valid R.A. Please mark the RA# on the outside of the box. All defectives must be in like-new condition, have a serial number, be returned in original factory carton with all packing materials, accessories, and manuals enclosed with products. Defectives are to be shipped prepaid freight to Digital Sales Distribution. Digital Sales Distribution will prepay the freight back to you, provided the product is still under manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept no returns for any custom cut lengths of any cable or wire product.

 

Product Warranties
All products sold by Digital Sales Distribution are covered under the individual manufacturer’s stated warranty. Please refer to the manuals and warranty cards enclosed with the product and check with your local service center or call Digital Sales Distribution for referral. Special Orders
Special orders for items Digital Sales Distribution does not normally stock can be accommodated; however, the customer must issue a non-cancelable purchase order to Digital Sales Distribution. Special order items may not be returned.

 

Returned Checks
A returned check will not be considered resolved until the amount of the check plus a $25.00 processing fee is received in our office within 5 business days upon your notification by Digital Sales Distribution. This payment must be in the form of a cashier’s check or certified money order. If the returned check is not resolved within six (6) business days, Digital Sales Distribution will pursue any and all legal action to resolve the situation. An excessive number of returned checks will result in your account terms being changed to C.O.D. Certified Check or Credit Card only.

 

Advertising and Promotion
Products purchased from Digital Sales Distribution may not be advertised or sold through electronic media (Internet, etc.), Mail Order, or any other electronic or printed media without prior written authorization.

Disclaimers
Buyer assumes all responsibility for proper selection, design, installation, operation, and maintenance of all the merchandise provided by Digital Sales Distribution. Digital Sales Distribution will not be held liable for any damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance, including but not limited to loss of profits by buyer.
